PROTECTIVE GEAR IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED: Tanabata Skateboards strongly recommends that all riders wear appropriate protective equipment at all times, including:- A properly fitted, certified helmet (CPSC or ASTM certified)- Knee pads- Elbow pads- Wrist guards

MINORS: Tanabata Skateboards products are not toys. Riders under the age of 18 should only use this product under direct adult supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring minors use appropriate protective gear and ride in safe, appropriate environments.

INTENDED USE: Tanabata Skateboards products are designed for skateboarding on appropriate terrain by riders who understand and accept the risks of the sport. Misuse, modification, or use outside the product's intended purpose increases the risk of injury and voids any applicable warranty.
