REFUND & RETURN POLICY
STANDARD RETURNS — ALL CUSTOMERS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email admin@tanabataskateboards.com with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@tanabataskateboards.com with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
EU & UK CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the European Union and United Kingdom have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing admin@tanabataskateboards.com with the subject line "Right of Withdrawal — Order #[your order number]." You then have 14 additional days to return the item. We will issue a full refund including standard outbound shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.
Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Used or damaged items may not qualify for full withdrawal refunds.
